Q: What type of audience do you address?
Any group interested in happy, healthy relationships with self, others, and God. I commonly speak to LDS young adults about dating, committed romantic relationships (including newlyweds), life-planning, and decision-making.
Q: How long are your talks? Do you do Q&A?
There are three choices for speaking events.
▸ One-hour presentation: 20–30 minutes of teaching & 30–40 minutes of Q&A.
▸ Three-hour workshop. Usually on a Saturday, 10 AM-1 PM. Includes Q&A.
▸ Weekend retreat: Friday 4-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-noon & 1-4 PM, Sunday 10 AM-noon or 1-3 PM. Includes plenty of time for Q&A, plus group discussion. Includes take-home material.
In a conference setting, where there are multiple speakers or panelists, I adjust for the allotted amount of time.
